Today’s blog post is about the 2018 Disability Equality Index. Oppenheimer Funds has always worked to have diversity and inclusion in their business. As well, as giving employees the options to join organizations.  Organizations such as Business Resource Groups, which include the Asian Professionals Network, Black Professionals Network, Disabilities Network, Latino Professionals Network, LGBTQ+ Network, Military Network, and Women’s Network. This gives each employee the opportunity to connect with the diverse experiences of a colleague.  OppenheimerFunds has received numerous awards for its benefits and workplace culture.
